Sigiriya - Known as Lion's Rock. It's a fortress and palace ruin in the Matale District of Sri Lanka. It is surrounded by gardens has many ancient paintings. Thought to have been built between 477 and 495 AD. It was used as a Buddhist monastery until the 14th century
